1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to pk58. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms", "T&C") govern your access to and use of the pk58 platform, including the website accessible at pk58.bid, all related subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, game services, sports betting services, casino services, payment processing, promotional programmes, and any other services offered by pk58 ("Platform", "Services"). The entity operating pk58 is referred to throughout this Agreement as "pk58", "we", "us", or "our". You, the user, are referred to as "you", "your", or "Player".

By registering an account on pk58, accessing the Platform, placing any bet or wager, participating in any promotion, or making any deposit or withdrawal, you conclusively confirm that:

• You have read this Agreement in its entirety and understand its contents;
• You agree to be unconditionally bound by all Terms set out herein;
• You satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this Agreement;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• Your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using pk58 and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of this Agreement, including any future amendments published in accordance with Section 12.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Access to pk58 is restricted to persons who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. pk58 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age (including CNIC for Pakistani players) at any time. Any account found to have been created by or for a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds confiscated in accordance with applicable licensing regulations.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally incapacitated or acting under a guardianship order are not eligible to register or use pk58.
3. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order, whether initiated voluntarily through pk58's responsible gaming tools or imposed by a third-party regulatory body. Attempting to access pk58 during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.
4. Single Account: Each individual may maintain only one registered account on pk58. Opening multiple accounts, whether in the same name or under different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
5. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be accurate, truthful, and current. You undertake to update your account information promptly if any detail changes.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access real-money gaming services on pk58, you must complete the registration process and create a single individual account. During registration you are required to provide: a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS OTP verification (Pakistani +92 numbers accepted), a unique username, a secure password meeting pk58's minimum complexity requirements, and accurate personal details.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: pk58 is required by its international gaming license to conduct identity verification on all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification for Pakistani players requires submission of a clear photograph of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). KYC must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved. pk58 reserves the right to request additional documentation including proof of address or source of funds at any time.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk58 login credentials, including username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pk58 will never request your password through any channel including live chat, email, or SMS. Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security is your responsibility. You must notify pk58 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised account access.

Account Suspension and Closure: pk58 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; provision of false or misleading information; suspected fraudulent activity; suspicious betting patterns; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or receipt of a regulatory instruction.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. All deposits to pk58 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods for Pakistani players include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT TRC20, and SadaPay. Minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. pk58 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which pk58 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your verified name. pk58 does not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts. Standard withdrawal processing times are: JazzCash and EasyPaisa 5–30 minutes; bank transfers 5–10 minutes to 1 business day depending on the banking institution. VIP Gold and Diamond tier members receive priority withdrawal processing. pk58 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, banking institutions may apply their own transfer charges.

4.3 Verification Prior to Withdrawal. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements associated with any active bonus funds. pk58 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification or anti-money laundering checks.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. pk58 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. Deposits that are not followed by genuine gaming activity may trigger an anti-money laundering review. pk58 may request source-of-funds documentation in connection with large or unusual transactions. Refusal to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

pk58 offers various promotional offers, bonuses, free bets, and reload incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each offer will be stated clearly in the offer terms. For example, a bonus carrying a 10× wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 10,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility applies to the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may have different contribution percentages as specified in the individual offer terms. Table games such as baccarat and blackjack may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period within which wagering requirements must be completed. Unexpired bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom are forfeited upon expiry of the applicable time limit.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold multiple active deposit bonuses simultaneously unless expressly stated otherwise in the offer terms. Only one bonus offer may be applied to any single deposit transaction.

• Availability: Bonuses may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. pk58 is under no obligation to provide any particular bonus to any player.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on pk58 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport. Sports betting odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed and confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet regardless of subsequent movement.

6.2 Sports Betting. pk58 offers betting on cricket (including PSL, Pakistan home series, international bilateral series, and multi-nation tournaments), football, UFC, and other sports as listed in the active sports lobby. In-play betting markets are available on selected events. pk58 reserves the right to void any bet where, in its reasonable determination, a manifest pricing error occurred, where match conditions were affected by irregular or fraudulent activity, or where a bet was placed after the relevant event had concluded.

6.3 Casino and Live Games. All casino games, including live dealer tables and slot games, are operated using certified Random Number Generators (for RNG-based games) or certified live studio equipment (for live dealer games). Game outcomes are independently audited. pk58 does not and cannot manipulate game results after a bet is placed. House edges applicable to each game category are published in the pk58 Casino section of the platform.

6.4 System Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or interruption that affects the settlement of a bet or game round, pk58 will determine the appropriate course of action, which may include voiding the affected bet and returning the stake. pk58 is not liable for losses suffered as a result of technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

6.5 Maximum Winnings. pk58 may apply maximum single-bet winnings caps across certain markets or game categories. Where applicable, such caps are communicated within the relevant game lobby or market listing. Winnings exceeding applicable caps will be reduced to the cap amount.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk58. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on pk58, whether under the same or different identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or any subsequent point;
• Using pk58 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or manifest pricing mistakes for financial gain;
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence, or other software tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without pk58's prior written consent;
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Systematic exploitation of bonus structures through coordinated or structured betting activity;
• Accessing pk58 while subject to a self-exclusion order;
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your pk58 account;
• Attempting to access pk58 accounts belonging to other players;
• Any form of fraudulent chargeback or reversal of a deposit transaction;
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at pk58 staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

pk58 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining recreational activity. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to have a negative impact on your finances, relationships, or wellbeing, it is important that you take action.

pk58 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from the Account → Responsible Gaming section of your pk58 dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum net PKR losses you may sustain in a defined period. The same immediate/delayed rule applies as for deposit limits.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts at set session durations (e.g., 30 minutes, 1 hour) to remind you of time spent on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming position.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from pk58 for a period of your choosing — minimum 7 days, with permanent exclusion available. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from the Platform (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk58 platform — including but not limited to the pk58 brand name and logo, website design, user interface layout, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of pk58 or is used under licence from third-party rights holders. All such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any pk58 content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software used on the Platform; or use pk58 branding or materials for any external or commercial purpose without pk58's express written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• pk58 provides the Platform and all Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied;
• pk58 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access to the Platform;
• pk58 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including gambling losses;
• pk58's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim;
• pk58 is not responsible for the actions or content of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications networks;
• Nothing in this clause limits pk58's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money using pk58 and that pk58 is not responsible for any gambling losses you sustain while using the Platform. Please gamble responsibly and only wager amounts you can afford to lose.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

pk58 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at pk58.bid/privacy-policy. By registering an account on pk58 and accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by pk58 includes, but is not limited to: name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, CNIC details (for Pakistani players), payment information, and gaming transaction history. This data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring. pk58 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

12. Amendments to These Terms

pk58 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pk58 will notify registered players through one or more of the following channels: a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, a notification within your pk58 account, or a message to your registered mobile number or email address.

The revised Terms will specify the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and notify pk58 support to close your account. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method subject to standard verification requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk58 holds its international gaming license. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

pk58 operates under an international gaming license that imposes binding standards on the platform with respect to fair game certification, player fund protection, responsible gaming provision, and dispute resolution. Players may rely on these licensing standards as a component of their relationship with pk58.

pk58 is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and in accordance with these Terms and applicable licensing standards. The outcome of the dispute resolution process applicable to pk58's license is binding on pk58 with respect to the matters adjudicated.
